  • We are not responsible for disputes between users
  • Exchanges are carried out under the exclusive responsibility of participants

6. Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to exchange:

  • Dangerous or controlled substances
  • Services requiring professional licenses not possessed
  • Offensive, discriminatory or hate-inciting content

7. Limitation of Liability

Saevenoria is not responsible for:

  • Damages resulting from the use of exchanged goods or services
  • Economic losses resulting from failed exchanges
  • Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical causes
  • Actions of third-party platform users

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
